Just found this forum and I’m excited! Closing on a new build in New Braunfels, TX tomorrow. Retired military who didn’t know what to do with current house,  but now I do. 🤠. I’m a single mom of two adults kids, veteran, world traveler, breast cancer survivor, and tennis fanatic. I’m from Am. Samoa and now call Texas my home. 

Looking forward to learning more and getting my house on Airbnb. What a wonderful community this is and I can’t to learn from those who have created a lucrative lifestyle through real estate investing.
