First Post! Anybody from around Philadelphia, Levittown, Newtown area of PA?

Hi BP! This is my first post. I am a total newbie learning everything there is to know about real estate investing. I would love to network with some local folks and learn more about what you are seeing in the market. My strategy is going to purchase long term rentals to help diversify my retirement portfolio. I am less worried about cash flow but do want to have something that will hold its value and appreciate. Any help would be great, feel free to send me a DM.

Hello Aleks,

I hope you're doing well. That is great to hear that you are starting out with your Real Estate Investing. I would definitely recommend as you go forward to also consider criminal activity, premise liability, and the projected growth of value, especially with any market considerations. I may also recommend considering structuring with Trusts and LLCs for Asset Protection and/or Anonymity concerns.
