Hello! I've been learning and growing with specialized knowledge for real estate investing since mid-December 2024. I've done well with talking to warm leads that are distressed home owners and quickly got two contracts underway. My first deal hasn't closed yet, however; expecting to set a closing date end of next week. I'm learning tons and so glad to have found BiggerPockets (for many reasons) but regarding how and where to market wholesale contracts for assignment. I understand about constantly working my marketing plan, have started a virtual wholesaling plan and love networking for potential joint venture partners.
