Hi from Mississippi

Hi there,
My name is Mat Toler and I'm from Ocean Springs, MS(the coast and my hometown) and Starkville, MS(where I goto Mississippi State University). I'm 20 years old which is good that I'm getting into real estate at such an early age, but bad that I have to wait another year to do much as the Age of Majority in MS is 21 years old.
I have attended Real Estate Seminars to gather information and hope to gain more knowledge from this site, so when the time comes, I know I will not be ready with experience, but hopefully will have necessary knowledge to make it through.
