Hey all, my name is John and I am just getting into real estate investing. I've heard a lot of good about the community and decided to finally get involved.

    Excited to have you here! There are so many amazing REI opportunities across the country —where prices are investor-friendly, homes are turnkey (new builds or fully rehabbed), and both home values and rents are appreciating.

    It really comes down to investing in a growing market, in a good neighborhood & building a great team to support you. It can be a lot of time and work if doing it on your own.
