Hi BP network. My name is Kishan Patel and I'm planning to move to San Diego with my wife and start my independent real estate investment career. I've done over 20 transactions consisting of healthcare medical outpatient buildings, multifamily, sfrs, and adu developments. I've been managing real estate for over 15 years. I have an engineering degree, cert in business admin, masters in entrepreneurship. I've dedicated 60 hours a week working for a private equity real estate firm in Irvine the last three years and I realized i need to put in those hours to grow my own business. Anyone in San Diego looking to connect?

Hey Kishan,

I’m based in the Orange County area, but I don’t mind making the drive down to SD if you ever want to meet up. Props to you for taking the leap and investing that time and energy into building something on your own, that’s big.

Let’s find some time next week to connect and see how we might be able to support each other.
