I am a full time investor (investing since 1981) and a licensed REALTOR here in Louisville Kentucky, as well as just across the river in Southern Indiana. I do mostly single families, but own an apartment building as well. I have investor clients that I help buy homes, and sell their finished rehabs. We have a fair number of foreclosures here, but not nearly as many as some areas, short sales are not as common, but REO's are readily available.
