New investor in Milwaukee

Hi all,

I hope this post finds you well.

my name is Ory and I live in Philadelphia.

i am looking to start investing in Milwaukee with a buy and hold strategy.

i would like help with finding off market properties at the neighborhoods below as well as handyman and inspector.

the neighborhoods I would like to start are:

Hampton Heights.

Uptown.

Washington Heights.

Silver Spring.

Rufus King.

Columbus Park.

Capitol Heights.
