Hello Everyone!

Thank you Josh for the amazing resource that is your podcast! I'm listening to it from new to old right now on my 7 day bike commute between my 2 different jobs! You guys are entertaining and I'm enjoying the "virtual networking" with the different BP members you interview. Hopefully we will cross paths in some form in the future.

I'm currently a renter but definitely looking to get my feet wet with my first primary residence purchase in the next 6-12 months. Getting my 5 C's together right now! :)

Can't wait to meet lots new people, learn new things and see where things go from there!
