Hi, my name is Johnny.  I've been a real estate investor for a few years now and have managed to get three rental properties in North Carolina.  I've always looked at my real estate as things I had passively and didnt put much value into it, because I had another career,but I'm now looking to make these assets work more for me and dive more into the real estate world.

Recently, I've started looking into the Virginia market, particularly Richmond and the Hampton Roads area.  

I've been an occasional lurker on Biggerpockets, but I'm looking to connect and learn from others to grow my real estate portfolio.
