Just starting out in SF Bay Area
Hi BP Community! My name is Chase. I live in the SF Bay Area (more specifically, Contra Costa County) and will probably be focusing most of my efforts in my immediate area. I have been interested in getting into real estate investing for quite some time, but honestly I feel like I'm stuck in the analysis paralysis mode. I have read several books on investing and wholesaling real estate, but am having a hard time taking that first step. Right now I am more interested by the wholesaling strategy so that I can build up some funds to eventually start doing buy fix and flips, and developing a portfolio of rental properties. Anyways I just wanted to introduce myself and say hi. I look forward to connecting with other members and supporting one another. Thanks!
