New to the board/gettinig started
This board is so good for people trying to get started. I have been reading it for a few months now and have learned so much.
I have wanted to get into Real Estate investing for years but my husband has been very hesitant. He has finally agreed to co-sign with me on my first flip. I am going to make an offer today.
The question I have is do you guys have a business name/ LLC that you purchase your properties under or do you just do this as a personal purchase in your own name? Is this a silly question? Should I even be thinking about getting an LLC?
Thanks.
