New Member Looking to Learn

Rilee Mun
Posted

Hello everyone! My name is Rilee Mun. I am 18 years old, about to leave for college, and I live in Encino, California. I am completely new to the world of real estate but I am eager to learn. I do not know my full plan as of yet but I do know I want to generate a steady stream of excess cash flow to help supplement my income later down the line. I am hoping that by building a foundation now, I obtain the knowledge and experience needed to become somewhat successful in this field after college. I honestly have zero idea where to start so I was hoping for some suggestions? I know I must find a niche but as of right now, I have no idea where to start looking.

Also if there is anyone in the San Fernando Valley willing to let me shadow them for a couple months for completely FREE (until I leave for college) I would be extremely grateful for the opportunity! All I want from this experience is to learn, I am not in it for the money. I am chasing experience and knowledge, not a paycheck. Thank you for taking the time to read this!
