I am a retired Math and Science teacher of 25 years.  My wife is retiring this year as well from teaching after about the same amount of time.  Our family owns 3 different mobile home parks- but we are looking to do some investing on our own.  Mostly interested in smaller apartment complexes, mobile home parks, or possibly personal storage.
