New from Oklahoma City
Hello, my name is Matt Tilly, and I am a relatively new real estate investor in Oklahoma City. I currently have one rent house, and am currently looking for opportunities to purchase properties in inner city OKC (Gatewood, Paseo, Jefferson Park, Classen Ten Penn, etc.) for less than $50,000 that require rehab as buy and hold rental properties.
I've learned a lot already on BP and looking forward to getting involved in the real estate community.

Thanks for all of the well wishes. I close on my first SFH rental in inner city OKC tomorrow, looking forward to starting rehab later this week. Depending on how this one goes I might be in the market for another rental in a couple of months.
