Hi everyone! My name is Joe Wittlin, and I'm a 28 yr old Architectural Engineer here in Appleton, WI. I am brand new to the real estate investing world, but it something that has always interested me. My wife and I own a house in Appleton, and I would love to get into buying single family rental properties. My goal is to develop a portfolio that would allow me to eventually manage real estate full time within the next 10 years. I know that's an aggressive goal, but I have always wanted to be my own boss, and real estate investing seems like the perfect fit for me! There are a lot of seasoned real estate investors on BP, and I know this is the place to start to achieve my goals.
