Hello My Good Friends,

My name is Brand Brannon; I new to this forum and I find Healthy deals in Memphis TN and Detroit Mi… I have been rehabbing, wholesaling 19 years but 13 yrs I WENT TO THE SCHOOL OF HARD KNOCKS (said with respect), so it’s safe to say 6 years and managing properties for 2 yr. I have 2 major investors for whom I currently manage a $2.5 million dollar real estate portfolio. I am looking to expand my buyers list (SELECTIVELY) for a lasting relationship (FIDUCIARY).

I say SELECTIVLY because 19 years ago I purchase my first portfolio of 15 properties. I was 21 years old… A millionaire…. And played like one! When I was 27, I was broke with a Wife… 4 boys… no furniture…no house or car. I have learned 12 million ways I went wrong. I Thank God I was young and had time to rebuild my life and get it RIGHT. So this is why they say life is better the second time around?
