Hey BP, I'm new to investing and looking to learn as much as possible. I current work full time in education. I'm married with 2 young children and wanting to build wealth to be able to pass on to them. Hearing about tax liens and tax deeds got me interested but I may have an opportunity to invest with a partner who is interested in a buy and hold strategy. I look forward to making some good connections.
