New Member - Serious Investor - ISO of a Mentor
Hi BP Friends,
My name is Ajit. I'm from Long Island, NY starting my journey in Real Estate. My partner and I are in our 40's looking to acquire multi-family properties out of state for cashflow. I'm a small business owner and my partner has a corporate job. We are both analytical and enjoy working with numbers. We have the time and resources to purchase about 2-3 properties a year. Currently in the state of selecting a market. Would love to connect with other RE investors that can guide me/us and build confidence along the way.

Hey Ajit,
Welcome to BP! I have about 4 doors here in Columbus, Ohio in Hungarian Village and Southern Orchards that are renting about $1375 a unit for 3 bed/1 baths. I'm getting $300 cash-flow per unit after everything, but I'm more in it for the long-term appreciation. There are other markets in Ohio such as Dayton and Cleveland that would have higher cash flow. All depends on what your goals are and what market fits your game-plan/criteria
