New Member in North Jersey

Hi All,

First time BP member, new to real estate investing and eager to learn and get feedback from this community.

I am looking for REI clubs to join and begin networking with established buy and hold investors and flippers, ultimately learning from and connecting with as many people as possible.

I currently work as a project manager for commercial construction. My goal is to enter slow into the multifamily buy and hold market, eventually graduating to larger properties to buy and hold. I am also interested in rehabbing and flipping single family and small multifamily homes, to downpay the mortgages on my long term hold properties. All while keeping my full time job.

Any advise from the pro's would be appreciated. Especially local clubs to join.
