Hello all!
My name is Allan Doyle. Last summer I renewed my interest in REI and attended some seminars and promptly got deployed to AFG. While here I have been reading as much as I can, and analyzing properties I find interest in online. I can't wait to get back to the states to take advantage of one or two.
My interests are small commercial apartments (buy and hold), and wholesaling (pay off apartments sooner). I may have to start with a residential 4-plex. We will see.
My problems are these: I don't know where I'm going to land when I get back. My unit is from NY but they are being disbanded when we get back. My wife and I seem to both like MO, and I've found many great properties there. And our current rental property is in TX. My job location will likely change. Any suggestions on proceeding? I feel like a complete newby- I do have some knowledge but no experience.
Thanks, and nice to meet you all!
