Hey Everyone,

My name is Tim and I have been listening to the BP podcasts over a month now and would like to start my path to financial freedom. I got into the real estate industry a couple months ago by working for a property management company where I am still currently working. My ideal strategy is to be a buy and hold investor, I have been trying to educate myself as much as I can and would like to dive in and purchase my first property as soon as I can.
