Hello All

I am a business management executive for a large global company, and we (my wife and I) are getting into local real estate investing primarily within LA county, IE, OC and Riverside area. We are late in the game but hopefully we can catch-up leveraging the plethora of knowledge that exists on this platform. Our focus is on 4 or 5 Flex's.
