Aspiring Real Estate Agent

KJay Bratcher
Posted

Hello, everyone! My name is KJay and I am an aspiring real estate agent. I am passionate about day trading but real estate has been a field that I've been wanting to dive into. I do not have my license yet but I have been looking into the best online, self-paced courses that I could take advantage of. What are the best online real estate courses from your knowledge? I appreciate all of your feedback!

Hey @KJay Bratcher - good luck on your real estate journey!

There's a bunch of online courses available, look for the ones that offer the self-paced $100-$150 courses.

A lot of them charge much higher and include extra "material" but if my experience tells m anything, you won't need that.

Take the basic course requirements, complete the modules, and when its time to register for the state exam you can order a real estate exam question workbook from Amazon and use that to practice.
