Kareem Daniels

My goal is to build a portfolio in Real Estate Investing starting with the Buy & Hold Strategy.

My question is: What are great ways to start out building and diversifying your portfolio? How do I begin to step into the world of Real Estate? I'm looking to surround myself with people who have expertise in real estate investing. How do I find mentors and peers who can teach me about the industry?

Hey Kareem, love that you're thinking the buy and hold strategy - are you thinking of pursuing STRs or LTRs? Also, I see you're based in TX. Is that where you're thinking of investing as well?
