The Start Of Cam Warren’s Millionare Journey

Cam Warren
Posted

Hey I'm new to the bigger pockets community. I'm currently 19 and have been a real estate investor since I was 16. I'm ready to scale and begin my own portfolio of buy and holds using the BRRRR strategy. I have been wholesaling and flipping but ready to create true wealth for myself.

Hey Cam, I love that you started so young and would love to hear how you did it. I think it would be inspiring to see how people like you get started so young in RE. There seems to be more and more teens wanting to go into real estate.

Love that you're thinking of using the BRRRR strategy. I'd recommend finding a lender that can seamlessly do both the Hard Money lending and refinancing to make it easier for you. I see you're in Alabama. Are you thinking of investing there as well?
