Absolutely. That is a good idea of finding a lender for the rehab as well as the refi on the backend I greatly appreciate that idea. I joined Nate Barger’s BRRRR Investment Academy and first learned the process there but I was just flipping houses at that time. So I learned the business of Construction through flipping as far as how it should look, fair pricing, the language of contracts, but with Nate I learned the strategic strategy and ready to get started building my portfolio!

Hey, Nathan! Im glad you asked. I've only completed one wholesale transaction before I started flipping. The way I did it was I created an entity (LLC). With the LLC my mom just "does business as" my LLC because I trusted her but I also got her to do that because the legal age in Alabama (where i'm from) is 19. But I found an owner of a seafood company that had money but didn't have time and I had time but didn't have money. So that was my first partnership, we bought houses and I controlled the whole process and I learned so much. The reason I was able to start and learn so much is a testament to finding good men and women, I just had to have the courage to open my mouth and tell them my idea. Thank you for asking because I believe my story can help someone else.
