Well I'm off to a good start...I just closed my post somehow without posting it. Oops

I've read posts before here and there when I came across something of interest, and of late I've been listening to the podcast and catching up on episodes working my way back to the start. I'm from the DC area (Montgomery County) but involved right now in the Pittsburgh area (Beaver County). I hope to be able to learn a lot more from BP and share some of my experiences.

At the moment I'm trying to figure out which direction to go with my current partner.We are in somewhat different places at the moment. We planned to have a home ready to rent soon, but I'm thinking it may be best if we sell it instead and go our different ways. I would love to still rent it, but I need to figure out a way that would work out well. It's been an interesting situation but I've learned a lot and the return either way should be very good on our investments.

I'm currently 26 years old and work in insurance adjusting. Thanks to all the members posts I've read that have been helpful to me already. Hopefully I can help some other members
