Hi BP,

I'm a perspective Real Estate investor in Denver. I am looking for an owner/occupant duplex. I'm also interested in construction. I've worked as a Painter/Carpenter/Everything in between for about 10 years, as well as going to college/M.S and doing the professional cube life. If any of you are into building single family homes or larger construction projects, send me your website or projects that you're working on.
