Hi Bigger Pockets! I read...then I read some more...and some more...and some more. It's time for me to do a little less reading and studying and to get out there and do some deals! I'm amazed at the level of expertise and volume of conversations going on all day long on this site -- it's phenomenal! I have a lot of experience with auction and short sales - and oddly kind of love the challenge. Looking forward to being an active contributor to BP - thanks for being there!
