Hey all,

My name is Chudi Motanya and I am preparing to finally become an official investor. I am 23 years old and have been a lurker on the site for about a year and a half now, but have never done the official New Member Introduction so I figured why not start now.

I live and work in Philadelphia but will invest in Atlanta (specifically Lithonia, Stone Mountain, and Snellville) since my parents are in the area.

I've already had one on one conversations with a few members on here, but look forward to meeting the rest of you and officially becoming a member of BiggerPockets.

Now I just need to find the house (Which has been by far the hardest part of this journey)
