Hi, I'm Mike from South Jersey. I've been trying to get started in real estate for years now, but have yet to actually buy anything. I have taken courses on buying apartments, but think I need to scale back and start looking at 2-4 units locally before I jump into something bigger. I'm glad to join this great community of investors and look forward to working with you.
