Hi everybody!

Kenneth Dela Cruz (Newbie) from yonkers, NY! :) 23 years old and I've been working as a Registered Nurse for about 2 years now.

One day a co-worker recommended me to read a book called "Rich dad, Poor dad" and BOOM! it opened my mind to start investing in real estate.

So i found this site on google, and wow! What a great site with a lot of info to learn! Soo glad i found this site. :)

Looking for any mentors in the area!! I'm definitely eager to learn and start!
