buying in military towns
I'm considering focusing on future property acquisitions in military towns due to the constant influx of soldiers seeking properties to rent, is this a good idea?

I've read before that small towns that are basically operating "only" as a military town can suffer greatly if the military decides to pack up and leave. Not saying this is likely, but it's something to keep abreast of and not to discount.
