My BP Neighbors

Old member, but, first post.

Chicago native born and raised. Ready to get serious about my future investing in my old stomping grounds. I am interested in multi-family property and really close to staking my claims on my first deal.

After listening to podcast after podcast, and building a library of notes and bookmarks.....I felt it was time to knock on the door of all my BP neighbors and say, hello. (and can I borrow a cup of sugar)

....HELLO, my neighbors....glad to be part of the neighborhood.
