STR property manager ready to learn and network

I spent 14 years as a CFO/CPA for a $300 million farmland management and equipment auction company in North Dakota. Last year I left it all and purchased a boutique STR company in Arizona. It has been quite a journey and I am ready to network and learn from you and to share any knowledge that may be helpful to any of you as well.

Corina,

Congrats on leaving the corporate world and diving into the REI arena! As a chief financial officer you will more than likely be very comfortable digesting some of the New programs offered for investors. Weigh out the Pro's and Con's between Traditional, Portfolio, and Non/QM like DSCR. Get to know the guide lines and the Niche lending options that can make or break cash flow deals.

If you ever have any questions feel free to reach out I enjoy offering tips, and loopholes to BP members to help save time and money!

    Hello Corina,

Welcome to Arizona! I highly recommend that you look into joining NARPM.org for up to date and local education. You can join National at that link and then I'd love to see you join us at the Phoenix chapter. Next meeting and CE class is October 17th in Chandler, let me know if you're interested and I'll send you more info.
