Hello all,

My name is John Hernandez and I recently graduated from UTSA in San Antonio Texas with a dual major in Finance and Real Estate Finance and Development this past December. I am very interested in the finance side of real estate dealings and have been trying to get a position as an analyst for different commercial real estate firms. Investing in real estate is also an interest of mine, but I have not started doing any research, besides what I learned in college, and am looking forward to learning more about the process and getting started.

I look forward to meeting with and learning from individuals here on this site.
