Hello All,

I recently bought my first triple-decker in Boston. My partner and I just finished a complete reno to our unit. It was a huge learning experience for us. The other two units are currently rented but also need to be updated. The plan is to do them as the tenants leave and once we are finished with this house we want to buy another.
