First I want to thank the moderators and creators of this super informative site. I work out of Orlando, FL dealing with a wide range of Real Estate matters. I used to rehab houses with my brother for several years. Dealt with selling vacant lots that had great potential for growth and appreciation. Found investment properties for others and now just started working with an asset acquisition company. Would still love to get great deal on single home foreclosure but more interested in Bulk REO portfolios, notes, compilers, asset managers....
