Hello All, my name is Sherrice Baines and I am a fairly experienced Real Estate professional. I currently reside in the south Chicago, IL area and looking to rebuild a much stronger, long-lasting Real Estate business than what I had previously. To make a long story short, I had a very successful Real Estate business from 1997-2008 (right before the market came to a halt). I was young, motivated, and head strong. During that time, I worked just about every end of the industry, had contracts with well-known banks and even had my own "Power Team". However, I was NOT properly prepared for the quickly declining economy, and because of that, I needed to step away from the business for a while in order to provide for my family. Now, that I'm older I have taken that experience and learned from it. This time around, I am determined to network more, open my mind to learn whatever I can from others and make sure the same mistakes are not made. I am very excited, and looking forward to some good long-lasting business relationships while building a even stronger Real Estate business. I do know so many things have changed (laws & procedures) and I am a little rusty. I am open to all tips, advice, etc. that will be of assistance.
