Hi everyone,

My name is Will.

I am a former investment banker who went on to invest in many deals at a private equity firm and then a hedge fund. I have a lot of analysis experience with all asset classes, including distressed, and some real estate but on a much larger level.

I am very much interested in Brooklyn area, multi-fam and brownstone properties (sub 750K) that can generate some rental income but are really primed for capital appreciation in the next 5+ years.

I would love to talk to others in the area. Really, I'm patient, hungry, and here to learn.
