Hello BP!

I am new to this site after coming across the podcasts. They sure are great and certainly got me to take action! After years of research and saving cash, I finally took the plunge and closed on my first investment property on Jan 23, 2014 in East Hartford CT! It was a REO and I was able to lock it up the first day it was available for investors to make offers. I have done the majority of the rehab work myself and I can finally see the light at the end of the rehab tunnel! I am Hoping to get the property on the market for April 1st! Thanks BP for helping me take the plunge. So glad I did even though I am still in the midst of this first rehab.

Thanks again!
