Hello,

My name is Javier. I would like to buy my first property in New Jersey, and live rent free. I'm really interested in multi-family buy and hold niche.

If I cannot afford anything in my home state I'm interested in out of state turnkey properties.

The fact that I can get pitch free information is new to me. The Pod Casts are GREAT!!! Thanks Bigger Pockets.
