Hello, all. My name is Lampros Liontos, and I live in the northeast area of Ohio (around Youngstown).

I was originally technical support; I removed viruses from peoples' computers, and helped them install and troubleshoot problems with their software. However, as much of the computer market has migrated to mobile devices, and the rest has migrated to India, I've found myself laid off, and looking forward to a change of career (I start college again in a couple months).

In the meantime, I spent some time listening to Kiyosaki's books on Audible (and playing that board game), and eventually began to understand the argument regarding the difference between real assets and false assets. I then decided to at least look into ways to buy and hold multifamily rentals for cashflow purposes.

Of course, I've never done such a thing before, except for one particularly close call dealing with an outfit that had since gone bust (thank god I didn't use their services to begin investing). This time, it seems prudent to, instead of looking to single-source of education and mentoring, I look for community efforts to learn the business from, and that has lead me here.

It'll probably be a while yet before I'm confident enough to actually take the first actual steps, but for now, I figured the best first step is to at least say "hi." :)
