New Member to BP introduction

Started a reading journey in November of 23 that changed my trajectory.  My first read was rich dad poor dad, then to Brandon Turner’s books, then to the podcasts etc.  Currently working on analyzing properties, with a goal of minimizing human emotion  and solely looking at the numbers to purchase positive cash flowing properties.  My goal is to purchase one property by years end.
