Hello everyone, My name is Seth. Just wanted to introduce myself, I'm very glad to find a real forum and not just another website trying to sell "courses" or "classes". I recently bought my first investment property, a Triplex, for $9200 cash. I am doing all the rehab work myself. I found this site while trying to find info on how to do background and credit checks, since the first unit is almost ready to be rented.
