Hello BP community! I'm new to the RE investor world, but not new to RE. I was a realtor for 7 years in Pierce County Washington (Tacoma) and prior to that owned the largest RE magazine in the area. I have great ties and connections with the local RE community and due to the prodding of an acquaintance, I am finally ready to dive in (DJ Thielen.... you know who you are!) Excited to put my first deal together. Learning a ton about private money and self-directed IRA's. Who knew?! I can't believe I'm 46 and still so "uneducated"! Time to roll up the sleeves and go to work!
