Hello, I am Jonathan Wilks

i am interested in investing in multi-family(buy and Hold), and wholesale and commercial investment, and eventually i would like to get into gap-funding and Hard money. In my previous experience i worked in construction completing 300 homes for buy and renovate investors. While doing this i came to the realization that i could do it for myself. i have completed one flip for myself, and have one rental property creating cash flow. I am working on growing my cash-flow, and my community.
