New in Austin Texas!

Hi all,

I have been living and working in financial services in Austin Texas for 2 years now. Seeing the explosive growth of the city got me anxious to invest in it somehow. I figured what better way than RE.

Currently looking at single family homes to invest in, and here to learn more about finding and evaluate the right properties, the right tenants, structure for tax purposes, etc.

All advice and help is appreciated!

Thanks!
