New To Real Estate, Looking to Co-Host AirBnB/VRBO

Hello everyone, 

My name is Rudy Delaney and I am new to the BP community as well as the real estate world. I have recently moved to the Arlington Heights area and am currently renting. I am looking to get into the real estate world in the short term with the idea of "house hacking" a duplex-quadplex with an FHA loan to start in the world of landownership. Right now, I am looking to get into co-hosting either on AirBnb/VRBO or any other rental applications. I am very motivated to learn more about the real estate world and looking to get started.
